Jim Higgins started out his HVAC career in an apprenticeship for a small business in Gaithersburg, Maryland in 2005 and he learned a great deal about the ways in which HVAC systems operate, while providing practical and personalized services to home owners.  After the company sold, he began working in a commercial capacity and continued for 10 years.  Finally, he decided that he missed the personalized service he could provide for local residents, which was lacking in the commercial environment. From there he earned his Virginia Master HVAC License, Class A VA Contractor License, and returned to residential services.  His history of helping family, friends and neighbors has led him to realize that he has so much to offer his community.

The name Air Force One comes from our family who has owned an HVAC company in Florida by the name for the past 15 years.  This link with family makes us proud of our name and the small-town family feel that we enjoy providing for all of our customers.

Air Force One is a fully-licensed, insured, and bonded residential HVAC contractor based in Prince William County, VA. We have 16 years experience in the HVAC trade. We service and install all types of HVAC systems and water heaters in Prince William County Virginia and surrounding areas. Currently, we provide services not only for homeowners directly, but for neighborhood HOA’s and property management companies, as well as realtors. We are a member of the Prince William County Chamber of Commerce, which helps to support other local businesses.
